Where does Meals on Wheels Redcliffe operate ?
Meals on Wheels Redcliffe services the Redcliffe Peninsula and Rothwell.
Who is eligible for Meals on Wheels ?
Meals on Wheels is not means tested and is a service geared to the needs of older people as well as people with a disability and their carers.

How much do meals cost ?
Every effort is made to keep meals as affordable as possible, particularly as most of our clients are pensioners. Our meals are provided at production cost and due to the generosity of our volunteers, who give their time to deliver the meals, we are able to provide a vital service at an economical price.

What days do you deliver ?
We deliver meals to our clients 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Meals are delivered between 10am to 12pm and our clients need to be home to accept the delivery.
Can I get meals for the weekend and public holidays ?
Yes. We can deliver extra chilled or frozen meals to be heated when needed.
I have a NDIS/Home Care Package. How can you assist me ?
We can offer assistance for clients with an NDIS plan or for those on a Home Care Package. Read more here.
What does “More Than Just a Meal” mean ?
Although delivery of prepared meals is the basis of our service Meals on Wheels is more than just a food delivery service. We are about ensuring people, who may not be able to get out and about, enjoy a regular interaction and have the comfort of knowing someone will drop by regularly to say hello. This also provides us with the opportunity for a welfare check.
How can I support Meals on Wheels Redcliffe ?
As a not-for-profit community organisation, we welcome support in a variety of forms. We are always seeking support from community members who wish to volunteer their time to work with us as well as financial donations and bequests.
